A day in San Francisco...

      Today was a fun day in SF. I came with some $$$ to maybe get some SHOES(!!!); turns out I came back with a LIVESTRONG wrist band! Yay!

      I also would like to talk about my sister's new kicks! Nike 6.0 Oncore 2 Jr.'s. The pictures aren't that good; they're colors are white, teal, and purple. The purple is the only color that isn't visible.  You can see the pictures on my Flicker account, ThePonzuSauce. Anyways, she likes them. They are not the shoes she normally wears. She likes to wear tennis or running shoes. These are usually the shoes I would wear (not the colors though, haha). But she likes them and thats all that counts!

Sports :: Kung Fu, Dance

      Yeah, sports. All my friends are in sports. I used to play sports myself. I used to play baseball, basketball, one year of soccer, and one lesson of tennis. I don't play any of those sports anymore. Now I watch my friends play sports all the time and I feel like, "Hey, I used to do that! I remember when...". Although I do play some sports now. I do Kung Fu, and bboying/dance. Those count as very unique sports! Most of my friends don't do those types of sports. And that is what makes me unique and proud.

   

      Kung Fu: I like Kung Fu because it's about stealth, strength, form, agility and other stuff you need. It is fun for me because when I was little, I wanted to be a Kung Fu Master.

      Dance: My favorite style of dance is freestyle. I prefer to go with bboying because bboying really IS freestyle.

      I think that bboying is kind of unpredictable sometimes because you don't know what move your going to do next, unless it's choreographed. Although some moves of top rock can indicate when your about to do some sort of flare. But it's sometimes unpredictable because it's FREESTYLE. I believe in dance, freestyle is the best way to express yourself.

New Kicks

      Hey people! Having a nice weekend? Good, me too. In fact, mine is going pretty good. You see I got these new kicks the other day. The Nike Ruckus Mid! I also switched out the laces to some sick purple ones. They don't look like there going to last very long, but I guess I would just use them for breaking. So anyways, let me show some pics I have of em'.

      Yes, there they are. I do like them and they are comfortable. The laces fell a bit short if I wanted to tie them in a knot, but it's still ok. Well, that  is about it!

Good shoes for bboying/ My favorite kicks

      Hey. I would like to let you guys know about some of my favorite brands of shoes.

1. My 1st shoe brand I would like to mention is Addidas.(A good bboy shoe) I used to be a huge adidas fan, me and my family. We used to have like so many Adidas shoes. Yes they are comfortable. Some can be a bit on the heavy side. Overall, I do like them and prefer them
2. Next is Converse. (A good bboy shoe) My chill cuz got some of these for $20! Oh and BTW, here is a link to his awesome blog: http://matt-in-da-hatt.blogspot.com/.Ok, ok, back to business.  I like these because they are pretty good quality and pretty cheap too!
3. The next shoes I would like to mention are Li- Ning shoes. Now these are like the "Nikes of China". They kinda look similar too! I don't have a review on these because I don't own any, but I am going to HK (Hong Kong) soon, so I should be able to pick some up from there and blog about it!
4. Also Vans(A good bboy shoe) are pretty nice kicks. As everyone knows, Vans are skate shoes. I like them because they last long and the bottom of the shoes are more durable because there skate shoes.
5. Etnies. One of my favorite skate shoes. I like them because they are the bomb. I actually don't have some, but I know you can customize some of these awesome kicks.
6. AND FINALLY, WHAT YOU ALL BEEN WAITING FOR: Nikes. Orange- I save the best for last! I love Nikes, as you notice in the picture below, My whole shoe rack has almost all Nikes on em' (except for the kung fu shoes). I suggest Nikes for bboying so much. they give you: Style, lightweight heaviness, comfortibility, and many more!

        I want to see this shoe in person. I like to read the descriptions Nike provide on their shoes. I like the way they described it, but you know, sometimes it isn't very true.


       I do want to make a complaint about the nikeiD shoe I ordered a while ago during Christmas:

     Ok, the shoe's tag on the tongue says that it is a size 7 (which is the size I wear that fits me). Except when I measure it side by side to an old size 6 shoe I have, THEY ARE THE SAME SIZE by eye.

        My cousin told me that maybe it is in size 7 wide; which means it is the next size bigger by wideness. I guess he is right, but, I am still disappointed that they would do this to me. Maybe later I will call it in and see if I can get and ACTUAL SIZE 7.
